Khotang — Bhagawati Secondary School, located in Khotang Bazaar, received valuable support from the K.G. Gelal Foundation on the occasion of its 75th anniversary.

In a special event held on 2081 Jestha 15 (May 28, 2024), the school was provided with furniture worth approximately NPR 225,000 and sports equipment worth NPR 50,000, facilitated by the Foundation.

The K.G. Gelal Foundation was established by Mr. Kedar Prasad Gelal, a permanent resident of Ramdhuni–4, Sunsari, who is currently residing in the USA.

The school management committee expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Foundation, its representatives, and everyone involved, and shared hopes for continued support in the future.

The school believes this support will help enhance its physical infrastructure and have a positive impact on the academic and physical development of the students.
