A football and sports jersey handover program was organized at Bhagawati Basic School, located in Prakashpur, Ward No. 10, Barahakshetra Municipality, Sunsari, with the aim of promoting sports and physical well-being among students.

The football and jerseys were generously provided by Mr. Kedar Prasad Gelal, respected community leader and President of K.G. Gelal Foundation, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, who is currently residing in the USA.

The handover was made to the school’s principal, Mr. Tej Bahadur Paudel, in the presence of school staff and students. The initiative is expected to motivate students to engage more actively in sports, contributing to their physical health and team spirit.

The school expressed deep appreciation to Mr. Gelal for his thoughtful and inspiring support of youth and education through sports materials.
